Services Provided
Toya’s Locksmithing provides mobile automotive locksmith services, including car lockouts, key duplication, key fob programming, and key cutting. Availability of services may vary depending on vehicle make/model and location.
2.
Service Area
We currently serve NC. Mill Spring, Tryon, Columbus and Surrounding Areas. Service outside these areas may be subject to additional travel fees or denied based on availability.
3.
Pricing
Service prices are estimates and may vary based on vehicle type, key type, time of day, or service difficulty. Final price will be confirmed before service is performed.
- After-hours fee: +$30 (services provided outside 9 AM – 6 PM)
- Lockouts: $60–$90
- Key Fob Programming: $80–$150
- New Key Cut & Program: $120–$250
4.
Booking Policy
No service appointment is final until confirmed directly by a member of our team via phone, email, or text. Do not submit payment or schedule an appointment until you have received this confirmation.
5.
Payment
Payment is due immediately after services are completed. We accept cash, card, or approved mobile payment methods. No refunds will be issued for completed services unless there is a proven technician error.
6.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where:
- The customer is aggressive or threatening
- The vehicle is located in an unsafe or illegal area
- The service requested is outside our scope or tools
7.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by previous tampering or faulty locks
- Lost time or missed appointments due to service delays
- Inability to provide service due to incorrect information

Changes
Toya’s Locksmithing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
